Anna Randall attended Berea College, in Berea, KY, and later Cambridge State University, HI, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Anna is also a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) by the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management (PAHCOM) and a registered Mediator and Arbitrator in the state of Georgia.
Anna has extensive experience consulting in the healthcare arena including providing strategic solutions to daily operational struggles, producing practice evaluations, managing physician recruiting efforts, and specifying terms of practice disillusionments. Her experience and results have included employment with Georgia Baptist Healthcare System, where she participated in the development of practice acquisition rubrics, physician recruiting criteria, and guidelines for the sale of practices to outside sources.
Anna is a regular speaker at local IPA lunch & learn events, as well as the Annual Office Managers Conference in Savannah.

Wanda Ragan is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) by the American Association of Professional Coding (AAPC), as well as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) by the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management (PAHCOM).
Wanda began her career in healthcare 13 years ago. Her experience as a medical biller/coder included responsibility for all medical billing for a seven physician Internal Medicine practice. She broadened her portfolio to encompass oversight responsibility for seven different accounts, comprised of forty-five physicians in numerous specialties. In 2007, Wanda devoted her focus to Urgent Care billing, human resource management, and physical plant acquisitions. Wanda is sought after on a regular basis by large billing companies and outside consulting sources for her expertise and experience.
